		<description>Thanks for you comment.  I agree with you.  Sometimes we have no other choice but to litigate and/or leave.  There are times, however, when we can and should have a conversation with the person.  One thing we know about bullies is that they choose their victims wisely.  Bullies are primarily insecure people and usually don&#039;t go after people who might challenge their inappropriate behavior.  It&#039;s good for our own self-esteem if we muster the courage to speak up.</description>
